Job description

Therapists at Courdea conduct clinical evaluations of clients, co-lead therapeutic treatment groups and provide long-term therapy. This position will include the opportunity to work at multiple sites and treat clients in both English and Spanish. Therapists collaborate on cases to enrich treatment planning, clinical skill and professional growth via case presentations and weekly supervision.

Qualifications

We seek a seasoned Spanish-speaking clinician with experience working in the fields of violence prevention, domestic violence or addiction. We are particularly interested in candidates who can consider clinical, political, and systemic factors in a client’s presentation and view intimate partner violence through a feminist framework. Candidates must be detail-oriented, clinically flexible, well-boundaried and receptive to learning the Courdea model.

We require licensure at the highest level and a demonstrated ability to connect comfortably with clients and professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
